Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

• Eligibility Window: You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item.

• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Non-Returnable Items: Opened health supplements, perishable goods, gift cards, and final sale items are exempt from being returned due to health and safety regulations.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
