Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation message containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours.

Damages & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.
